1st St. Andrews Venture Scout Company helped out our local community channel, CHCT TV, with its first ever telethon, in support of local food banks. Maggie, Elizabeth and Joanna joined about 25 other volunteers from Saint Andrews and the surrounding area to pull off this live 4-hour broadcast during which a little over $2000.00 was raised. These three Venture Scouts rotated through two camera positions as well as helping out in the broadcast booth |
